Studio Of Thought (S.O.T) is a Dhaka based design studio founded in 2014 AD, by Mehedi Amin. He is an architect and artist with almost 15 years of professional experience under his belt with leading private and government entities. Amongst many national and international recognitions with his work exhibited in Nevada, New York, California and Dhaka, the latest addition is his design of the liberation war monument established at BUET (the most prestigious engineering university of the country) where he also graduated from. He is currently working for the government at Country Wide Rural Market Infrastructure Development Project (CRMIDP) in addition to his own firm Studio Of Thought (SOT) where he simultaneously work in architectural consultancy (Mehedi Amin Architects), product design and publication (paperTANK) and social awareness and research (binOCular).
